One particular class of shift register sequences for which applications exist is the full length nonlinear shift register sequences. These sequences are periodic and of length $2^n $ and all $2^n $ different binary n -tuples appear exactly one time in a periodic portion of the by: This paper describes in detail the design of a custom CMOS Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) processor for computing point complex FFT.
The FFT is well suited for real-time spectrum analysis in instrumentation and measurement applications. The FFT butterfly processor consists of one parallel-parallel multiplier and two adders. It is capable of computing one butterfly computation every ns Cited by: Clock synchronization is mostly needed in the distributed real-time system.
Currently, the most popular Network Time Protocol (NTP) algorithm cannot meet the needs well due to its low accuracy (about 10 milliseconds) and high cost. Thus, an improved high-accuracy clock synchronization method is proposed in this paper to overcome errors and by: 1.

Empathic computing is an emergent paradigm that enables a system to understand human states and feelings and to share this intimate information.
The new paradigm is made possible by the convergence of affordable sensors, embedded processors and wireless ad-hoc networks.

Present approaches for predicting the stability of Delta-Sigma (Δ-Σ) modulators are mostly confined to DC inputs. This poses limitations as practical applications of Δ-Σ modulators involve a wide range of signals other than DC such as speech, audio and multiple sinusoids as is the case for synthetically generated speech or audio or any other signal, through the appropriate composition of Cited by: 2.
